Refund policy

Timeframe and Conditions
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a return.

Products must be in brand new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of wear may be refused by EVI.


Size Exchange – France and European Union
Items purchased may be exchanged free of charge for the same model in a different size, subject to availability.

Returns are free for all orders delivered within mainland France and the European Union.

Once the returned item has been received and approved by our quality control team, we will ship the new size.


Size Exchange – Outside the European Union
Exchanges are possible, but return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

It is essential to declare the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid customs clearance issues.

Any customs clearance fees charged to EVI may be deducted from the refund amount.


Procedure
To request a size exchange or a return, please submit your request through our dedicated returns portal: Returns Center, specifying your order number, the model, and the desired size.

We will provide you with the instructions and, if applicable, the return label.


Processing Time
Exchanges and refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and approval of the returned product by our quality control team.
