EVI is a French company specializing in the manufacturing and sale of leather shoes, with its registered office at 13bis rue Pontcottier, 38300 Bourgoin-Jallieu, France.

2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.evi-shoes.fr.
They are available for sale in stock or as pre-orders.
Each product is presented on the website as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation, SAS EVI shall not be held liable. The photos and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. Due to supplier requirements, SAS EVI may deliver an item with a slightly different composition than described, but always of equal or superior quality to the item ordered.
3. Orders
Customers can place orders via the company’s website www.evi-shoes.fr.
An order will be considered final once payment has been validated by EVI.
EVI reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
4. Prices
Prices listed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included), based on the rate applicable on the order date.
EVI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price displayed on the website on the order date will be the only one applicable to the customer.
5. Payment
Payments can be made online by credit or debit card (CARTE BLEUE / VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / APPLE PAY / PAYPAL / SHOP PAY / KLARNA).
Orders will be validated once payment has been confirmed by EVI.
6. Delivery
EVI undertakes to ship products within an average of 48 to 72 business hours after order confirmation.
For pre-orders, the delivery time is indicated on each product description page.
Shipping costs are free for all standard deliveries within mainland France, using carriers chosen by EVI (such as UPS, Chronopost, Colissimo, etc.).
Customers will be informed by email of the shipment of their order and provided with a tracking number.
7. Pre-orders
Customers may place pre-orders for products marked as such on www.evi-shoes.fr.
Pre-orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The start and end dates of the pre-order period are specified on www.evi-shoes.fr.
Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery date when placing a pre-order via the product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on the end date of the pre-order period and product availability.
8. Gift Cards
Terms of use for virtual gift cards:
Virtual gift cards issued by EVI are sent by email to the address provided at purchase and can only be used on www.evi-shoes.fr.
They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, nor can they be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Validity:
Virtual gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. After this period, they cannot be used and will not be refunded.
Usage and security:
The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when purchasing a gift card, including the recipient’s email address. In case of loss, unauthorized access, or fraudulent use of a virtual gift card, EVI cannot be held responsible once the card has been sent to the specified email address.
Fraud and misuse:
Any attempt at fraud, misuse, or illegal use of a virtual gift card will result in the cancellation of the card and associated orders, with no refund possible. EVI reserves the right to block any virtual gift card or order suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity.
Claims and chargebacks:
In case of a dispute regarding the purchase of a virtual gift card, the purchaser must contact SAS EVI directly.
Once activated and used, gift cards cannot be subject to a chargeback or refund. In the event of an abusive chargeback attempt, EVI reserves the right to block the use of the card and take the necessary steps to recover funds.
Delivery:
Virtual gift cards are generally sent by email within a few hours of payment confirmation.
In case of technical issues causing a delay, the purchaser should contact EVI customer service to resolve the problem.
9. Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with applicable EU regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
Conditions:
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all accessories if applicable.
Any damaged, incomplete, soiled, or obviously worn product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges:
EVI accepts exchanges subject to stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible (out of stock), a refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
For an exchange to a different model or color, EVI may require the customer to place a new order after the return and validation of the initial product.
Return shipping costs:

Mainland France: Return shipping costs for an exchange are covered by EVI (return label provided).

European Union: Return shipping costs for an exchange are covered by EVI (return label provided).

Outside the European Union: Return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Procedure:
The customer must submit a return or exchange request via the returns portal or by email at contact@evi-shoes.fr, indicating:

EVI will confirm the instructions and return deadlines.
Processing times:
Exchanges will be processed within 30 days after receipt and validation of the returned product.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date the return is validated by our quality control department.
10. Liability and Warranty
EVI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, such as loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss, resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of products from it.
However, in the event of a non-conformity of delivered products, EVI undertakes to replace or refund the products concerned in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the www.evi-shoes.fr website, whether visual or audio, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents.
They are the exclusive property of EVI.
Any reproduction, modification, or use of these elements without prior authorization from EVI is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
12. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between EVI and the customer, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution first.
Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under common law rules.
13. Modification of Terms and Conditions
EVI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable terms are those in effect on the date of the order.
14. Personal Data
EVI undertakes to protect customers’ personal data and comply with applicable data protection legislation.
Data collected when placing an order is necessary for its processing and will be retained only as long as needed for order management and the business relationship.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their personal data, in accordance with applicable laws.
